Brava, dear Sam! Excelsior to your new PASSAGES venture! I am greatly honored to be reading & leading the Man Without Qualities group and only wish there were more hours in my day to participate in ALL your reading and now writing covens. Meeting with you and our many Musil readers has been one of the most enriching parts of my life, a portal to intensity, care, curiosity, laughter, learning, expansion of the highest most meaningful kind . . . and we have a half a year to go yet! I would love to be involved in your new venture at some point and look forward to glimpse of what you all are discovering together.

I also am about to transform my substack into something new now that my biography is almost finished, so once again you are an inspiration for me!

Love, Admiration, Thanks,

Genese

Hi

I hope you’re well. I’ve always wanted to read poetry with someone. Am I foolish to think I could learn how to do so? Do you work with students on such a level? Thank you.

David

Welcome!! I’m really excited, too. Will be at the philosophy festival in June talking about desire!

I am very excited to see the official announcement for the third iteration of this space. It's been great getting to read Dante with Elias Crimm and the class, and I am very excited to see you are creating a class for loneliness!

Good morning, Sam, from Nuremberg Germany (and then off to Paris). This is a personal comment to you, so after reading it, please delete it from the public comments. A quick note before I take to the streets in search of Raclette and the markets, I continue to follow you closely, and a rare "regret" of this phase of my life is that too many other excellent priorities (resituating myself; art; travel; new connections) have not allowed me the bandwidth to be sufficiently present with your convenings of readers/thinkers/writers. Now, for six weeks, I am "on travel" until the middle of May, and I'm thrilled to be stationary again just to sign on for the Loneliness series, as often as possible in person, and when not present, follow-up with those wonderful videos. How should I be signing on for the Loneliness course and continuing to follow you and your community through Passages, and at what price? I continue to be very engaged with the Luger Trust distribution, and value so highly that you were our first "Fellow." One of these days we will be telling the story of what our Fellows have been up to. I think you will enjoy your company. I especially value that you are our solo -- literary teacher/scholar. You are joined by a visual artist, edgy journalist/podcaster, dancer/designer, among others.

And I yearn to know where in the world have actually landed? I head to Paris in 10 days - any chance you are near there?

Your work, your warm and thoughtful sharing continue to deeply inspire me to use the luxury of this life's final phase to pursue greater questions in collaboration and in community, looking both backward and forward. With great appreciation of you and your work, and delight that our paths continue to cross, thanks to your creative outreach and community building. All the best -- EP (ellen pechman)

Hi Sam, I am reading your book on Arendt and am very much enjoying it. I would like to send you something but don't see a vehicle for doing that. If there is a link that I can use, that would be helpful. You can send it to me (if you are comfortable doing so) at BCamson@gmail.com Barry
